Will continue to post grace in small things in the community, but am closing this blog. Might start a new one at some point in the future.

      Thanks Bob, it feels weird but in a good way, the end of one journey and the beginning of another. I do intend to do something in the future definitely more physio & martial arts focused – I’m just not sure what, where, how at this point. Will definitely keep you posted though :)
